Create a successful check status on any SHA merged by Trunk Merge

When Trunk Merge merges a PR, post a successful commit status to the merged commit linking to the PR's page in Trunk (https://app.trunk.io/org/user/project/merge/branch/pr). This way, commits on main will show has successful and link back to Trunk Merge through the GitHub UI
